1. Automatic control and computer management system: It is the control and command center of the entire automatic sorting system, and all actions of the sorting system are determined by the control system. Its function is to identify, receive and process the sorting signal, and instruct the sorting device to automatically classify the products according to certain rules (such as category, location, etc.) according to the sorting signal, so as to determine the flow direction of the product. The source of the sorting signal can be obtained through barcode scanning, color code scanning, keyboard input, quality inspection, voice recognition, height detection and shape recognition, etc. After information processing, it is converted into a corresponding picking list, storage list or electronic picking signal for automatic sorting operations.
2. Automatic identification device: Automatic identification device is the basic system for automatic sorting of commodities. In logistics distribution centers, the widely used automatic identification systems are bar code systems and radio frequency systems. The photoelectric scanning of the bar-shaped automatic identification system is installed in different positions of the sorter. When the product is within the visible range of the scanner, it will automatically read the barcode information on the product, and then translate it into the product information represented by the bar code through the code matching software. At the same time, it senses the position information of the product on the sorter, and the information will be automatically transmitted to the management system of the background computer.
3. Sorting device: it is the main body of the automatic sorting machine, including two parts, the conveying device and the sorting device, and its function is to send the sorted goods into the sorting crossing. The sorting device is the core equipment of the sorting system.
4. Main conveying device: Its function is to convey materials to the corresponding sorting crossing for subsequent operations. It is mainly composed of various conveying machinery, also known as the main conveying line.
5. Pre-processing equipment: It is the feeding platform for the sorting system to transport the sorted materials to the main conveying device, and other auxiliary conveyors and operating platforms. The feed table has two functions, one is that the operator uses the input device to send the destination address of each sorted product to the sorting system as a sorting operation instruction for the product; the other is to control the time when the sorted product enters the main conveying device And speed, to ensure that the sorting device can sort correctly.
6. Sorting crossing: also known as the diversion conveyor line, it is a channel for separating the sorted goods from the main conveyor line to enter the corresponding collection area. Generally, the slideway is composed of chute, conveyor belt, roller, etc., so that the material slides from the conveying device into the buffer workbench, and then goes into the warehouse for shelf operation or distribution work.
